Autopay Authorization Terms and Conditions

Premium debit authorization

You authorize Hiatus to debit your primary bank account on or after your due date for the Hiatus Premium subscription (“Subscription Payment”) until you cancel your subscription or close your Hiatus account. You further authorize Hiatus to initiate credit and debit entries to correct any erroneous credits or debits to any bank accounts used for your Subscription Payment. You can view your funding sources in the app by going to the Dashboard tab > Account icon > “Accounts”

Your subscription

Your Hiatus Premium subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription by following the cancellation instructions below. If you’re subscribed to Hiatus Premium monthly or switch from annual Hiatus subscription to monthly, Hiatus will charge you on the same schedule as your monthly Hiatus Premium subscription. 

Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time by going to the Dashboard tab > Account icon > Settings > Cancel Subscription, or by emailing support@hiatusapp.com. You must cancel your subscription at least three (3) business days before the scheduled date of your Subscription Payment. Hiatus may cancel or suspend any subscription you have purchased if you fail to pay the applicable Subscription Payment on time. Even if you cancel, you can continue to use the free version of Hiatus.
